- Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights and your safety.

-Consent: We may disclose your personal information to other third parties with your consent.

- Business Transaction:  If another company acquires our company, business, or our assets, that company may then possess the personal information collected and stored by us, however, such company will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Provide, Personalize, Measure and Improve Advertising and Marketing: We may use personal information to provide, personalize, measure and improve our advertising and marketing. For example, we may: (i) inform you of our shows, products, programs, services, and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you, including through emails to you, (ii) allow you to participate in surveys, and (iii) determine the effectiveness of our services and our promotional campaigns. 

-Hosted Events and Shows: Sometimes our events and shows are hosted by a third parties, e.g., charity events held at the Club.  When you purchase tickets or donate to events or shows sponsored by our third-party hosts, you may be asked to provide your consent to our providing your personal information to the hosts of such events so that they may contact you regarding past and current events that may be of interest to you. You agree that we are not responsible for the actions of these hosts regarding your personal information and it is important that you review the privacy policies of the applicable host before providing any personal information in connection with that event.

-Other Purposes Disclosed at the Time of Collection: From time to time, we may use personal information for a specific purpose not contemplated by this Privacy Policy. In such an event, we will specifically disclose that use to you.

4. Data Retention & Security 

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes outlined above.  The security of your personal information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We employ appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Your personal information will be kept on our servers or on those of our service providers and only those persons that require it for the purposes of their duties will have access to your personal information. If we learn of a systems security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically or through another applicable channel so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. We may post a notice on the website if a security breach occurs. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.

- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe using the links at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us below.

- Correct, Delete or Access Data: Email us to request data correction, deletion or a copy of your stored personal information.  Following any such request, we will take all reasonable steps to provide, modify and/or delete your personal information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law. Where you have consented to our use of your personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt-out to further use by contacting us as provided below and letting us know what use of your personal information you wish to opt-out of.

-Cookie Preferences:  If you would like to opt-out of the tracking technologies we employ by providing services to you, you may do so by blocking, deleting or disabling them as your browser or device permits. Please note that blocking, deleting, or disabling these technologies will affect the functionality of our services, and may prevent you from being able to access certain features. Please note that we do not alter our data collection or use practices when a user enables a ‘Do Not Track’ signal from their browser.

-ADA: Our website utilizes a third-party American Disabilities Act software, “UserWay,” to power digital accessibility compliance on our website.

6.  International Users 

Our website and services are based in the United States of America (“U.S.”), and, regardless of where you use our services from or otherwise provide personal information to us, your personal information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located in the U.S.  Please note that any personal information we obtain about you will be stored in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, regulations and standards, which may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of origin or residence. By using the website, our services or by providing us with your personal information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information to and in the U.S.

7.  California Residents’ and Other State Privacy Rights

-Right to Delete:  You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. However, keep in mind that this right is subject to certain exceptions as described above.

-Right to Correct:  You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

-Right to Data Portability:  You have the right to have us provide your personal information in a portable and ready to use format.

-Right Not to Receive Discriminatory Treatment:  We will not discriminate against you based on your personal information, or for exercising your rights under California law.

-Exercising Your Rights:  To exercise the rights described above, please submit a request to us using one of the methods set forth below.

8.  Children’s Information 

 Children under the age of majority are not allowed to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from any person under the age of majority years of age, and we will not knowingly link to any third-party website that solicits or collects personal information from any person under the age of majority years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of majority without verification of parental consent, we will delete that data. If you believe we might have any data from or about a child under the age of majority, please contact us.

We may link to external third-party websites—like our comedians' social pages, press coverage, or affiliate platforms. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by our website and services. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of those other websites or social media platforms, or the data they may collect (which may include your IP address). You should refer to such third parties’ privacy policies on their sites to determine their respective privacy practices. Links to any other websites or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us of the linked website, social media platform, and/or content.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. If we make significant updates, we'll post a notice on our homepage.  If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice or obtain your consent, if required by law.
